We at Bilingual Group (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) shall continue in our efforts to make a meaningful contribution to society as a professional conference organizer and to gain the trust of our clients as well as fulfilling expectations in regard to our international conference, interpreting and translation and other business operations. The company acknowledges the important responsibility of protecting personal information that we receive in the course of fulfilling our various business duties. The company has established the following rules for the handling of personal information and complies with them.
1. The company shall comply with obligations set forth in various laws and ordinances concerning the protection of personal information such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and the guidelines issued by the minister in charge as well as this policy. Also, the company has established a compliance program for the use and protection of personal information and in order to maintain this program appropriately, improvements will be carried out continually.
2. The company shall not provide a third party with the personal information of its customers unless agreed to by the customer or allowed under a provision of the law or ordinance. Also, when providing the personal information of customers to outsourcers, as well as making the protection of personal information by the outsourcer obligatory by nondisclosure agreements and so on, the company will make sure that the outsourcer handles the personal information appropriately.
3. The company shall endeavor to maintain the accuracy of the personal information and to keep it updated and at the same time devise safety measures in order to prevent unauthorized access to the information as well as the loss, destruction, tampering, leakage and so on of the information.
4. The company shall make all efforts to respond sincerely and promptly to any enquiries from customers in regard to personal information.
